We are moving abroad and had 2 priorities; 1. Maximize the proceeds from the sale of the house, and 2. Make this process as easy and seamless for us as possible since we already had so many other things to manage with such a complicated move. Andy was successful in delivering on both of those objectives. Andy started with an in-person meeting where he reviewed his process and educated us on the current market. We completed a thorough walkthrough of the house and grounds where he advised us on which upgrades or fixes would be helpful and which would not. As time passed, we had a few aEURoepanicaEUR? moments regarding the stability of the market. Each time, Andy got on a conference call with us and talked through our concerns with us. He was always calm and confident, yet candid about the risks. It was so reassuring knowing we had someone like Andy, with all his experience, in our corner. When it was finally time to put our house on the market, Andy made it so easy. He took care of everything for us and guided us through every step. The price point of the house was higher than we had expected. But after one weekend of a very packed open house, we had 7 offers, all over asking!
