When you understand real estate and loans more than the average client and you do finance for a living, it can be difficult to find a real estate professional who won't talk down to you and treats you with the respect you should get in the first place. Andy is so refreshing after the loads of narcissist agents I've dealt with in the past three decades. He explains things thoroughly and he truly listens. He also has built solid rapport with other colleagues and that is very important when negotiating deals with other area agents. We found the perfect home after a few weeks of searching, and they helped us through the offer and counter offer, then through the very stressful escrow process. Stephanie and Andy had great communication with us, and with the sellers agent, keeping everyone in the know. They explained every step well, so we always knew what was going on. My husband and I decided that we didn?t want an agent after having a bad experience with one who was lazy and constantly busy to take the time to help us. So, we would do what anyone would do right? walk Into a house we wanted and go with the selling agent. We went house hunting and walked into a house to be greeted by Andy and Stephanie Ramos. The house they were viewing wasn?t really what we were looking for, so Andy asked us what we were looking for. My husband went on to explain key features we wanted in our home . Andy Then sent his wife Stephanie with us house hunting meanwhile he was still viewing the other house!!! After he finished with his open house, he came to spend the rest of the HOT DAY might i add with us. I have never ever seen a couple more selfless, helpful, and kind hearted as these two are. Day after day we found houses and Andy would immediately set up appointments without hesitation. He went with my Husband to see all the homes we wanted to view because i couldn?t be there since we are relocating. He sent us homes that we might be interested in and they both kept communication lines open. Stephanie would text me to comfort me and ensure Me that they would find the right house for us, she would set up appointments and get The (back end of things taken care of). Their teamwork is a breath of fresh air. We finally found our dream home thanks to their knowledge and reliability!!! This process would not have been the same if it wasn?t for Andy and Stephanie Ramos. They are hard workers, team players, efficient, and Eager to help people find exactly what they?re looking for. You won?t be sorry to have them as your agents I swear to you!!! Trust me when I tell you call Andy and or Stephanie today if you want agents that won?t let you down! ! We found Andy on Zillow we wrote him an message with our phone number, within minutes he called us and made an appointment the same day to show us the house we ended up purchasing (he did take the time to show us penalty of other homes) we decided to go with the first one we saw because it exceed our expectations (he really listen to what we were looking for). Andy was incredibly friendly, caring and most importantly HONEST, took the time to sit down with my partner and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. He explain the whole process to us in detail and answer all of our questions.
