ZillowVERIFIED Andy and Ben make a great team. They are clear on what, when and how of things. I was in a haste to sell but they helped me understand when is the right time. To me it looked like a close call cos it was a short market but when we met they already had a plan with exact dates on when to do what to get the property market ready. And every single date they planned was met during execution resulting in the property being marketed on promised date. The way they worked on it, I had over 40+ showings within first 6 days with more than half being private showings. And, even before them officially letting agents know on offer date, we received 4 offers on 7th day. They walked me through each offer with pros and cons. They themselves suggested what offers we can talk through and negotiate and close the deal. That too they were able to close the same night with the price more than my initial expectation. To my surprise we had an accepted offer within 7 days of listing (and closed within 28 days of listing) cos I could see numerous properties listed around my area with lower list price waiting for a good offer for over 2-3 months. Throughout the process, they made sure I was updated on every step either by calls or messages. To me the biggest factor was the timing they chose and how they maintained their committed dates. Probably that was of essence with my property sale. They maintain a professional code throughout the process, with a personal touch with client which made me feel like part of family.

At the open house more comparison sheets and additional info were provided compounding the message that our home was the best buy, and last but not least they convinced the buyer at the final stage why and how we saw it. They are truly the achievers! We really appreciate Andy and Ben team. We strongly recommend them to you for your home sales and buying needs over other popular/top agents in the area whom we interviewed but saw the difference so we didnt hire. You definitely will find these two guys trustworthy.

However, my son saw a home that he thought we would be interested in, so I phoned Andy to see if he could get us in to see the place. In a day or so, he had us in the home to see it, it was very appealing from the front.. when we entered it was amazing! We still were not looking to move, but when my husband saw the inside (particularly the kitchen) and the back yard, we were so elated that we talked to Andy to help with making an offer. The home was not on the market at the time of the viewing, but while on vacation (after making the offer) they accepted, and everything from the day the offer was accepted was a fast track to get us in the new home! Andy helped with EVERYTHING, from staging our former home, to answering EVERY single question I asked, even if it may have been a question that may have already been answered, he responded. He walked us through it all. Nothing was too over the top with Andy handling most of the work. We are now in the home and could not be happier! I would definitely recommend Andy and his team for any home ventures you are seeking or not seeking, as we found our forever home when we were not even seeking it at the time! Andy is very knowledgeable in what he does, and provided the assurance we needed when purchasing our home, even if its not the first time, it is always scary and can be untrusting. He was patient, always on time and went above and beyond in making sure my process of buying my first house was smooth and easy. He was even on top of finance people that were stalling my home appraisal. Honestly, he's set the bar really high so if I were to buy a second home I would have to go back to Andy because I don't think anyone else would meet these expectations.
