ZillowVERIFIED We have had our home on the market off and on since 2012 (mostly on) Andy sold it in less than a year!! Realtors have told us in the past that it was almost impossible to sell in the area we were in but Andy made that almost impossible very possible and a reality. He is honest, personable, knowledgeable, and wonderful with communication which is very important to me. We always knew when our home was showing, the feedback, and if the showings slowed down, he always chimed in to let us know the next step and also just to let us know we weren't forgotten about. It's been my experience in the past that once your home becomes a challenge to sell, other homes bump it to the bottom of the list. Andy never did this to us and instead pushed harder to help us. He genuinely cares. I had lost all hope in selling and he restored that from the moment I listed it with him. Andy easily sets himself apart from the Realtors I've worked with in the past. He is a rare breed and I'll never use anyone else. He is a blessing and we are that much closer to our forever home and I couldn't imagine going through anyone else other than Andy.
