He gave the buyer additional time on the contengencies which impacted the sell. In the end, it was so bad we had to close the deal using his Broker, that was the only way we could fire him. Be very careful. He might get it sold, but not with your best interest.

Andy is honest what your house should be valued at and provided helpful information what improvements should be made on the home. He even had the house staged which made the home even more cozy and warm for potential buyers. He is very knowledgeable what the comps are in the area and what potential buyers would be looking for to list the home accordingly. Andy stayed in contact with us sometimes several times a week with updates on potential buyers and other realtor traffic showing the home. We received several offers on the home and he provided pro's and con's for each offer so we could make the best decision. He negotiated with realtors on our behalf when an offer came in to ensure their "asks" were reasonable and we were not nickled and dimed for small items to be fixed. We found Andy to be very down to earth always looking at his clients best interest and didn't feel he was trying to make more money for himself.
