Andy Kogan was a nightmare to work with ... even trying to get him to show me homes in her absence was like pulling teeth and his demeanor via emails was not only unprofessional but he was plain rude! I guess it's not worth his time to be polite and courteous to buyers who's budget is not more than $500K. ZillowVERIFIEDandy was very good and knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of putting home on market and what it would take to sell. he is in constant contact when needed. after a few upgrades we did to our home as recommended by andy, we were able to sell our home in less the 60 days. we would highly recommend him.

Andy was always available when I contacted him about listing that I wanted to see, he didnt give up when we had seen 20 houses until I found the one I wanted, and he sent me daily house suggestions that fit my requirements. Andy is very knowledgeable about types of properties and he always knew a guy(for other services ex: pest control, contractors, roofers etc..)!

I was having issues with my lender, so he set me up with a local lender, which worked out great! Highly recommended!

There have been several times where they steered me away from bad deals and proposed options which were tailored to my interests, needs, and financial situation. He is extremely responsive and customer service-oriented. So many times, I felt like he moved mountains to get things done quickly and with quality. I couldn't recommend a real estate agent more highly. For investors, he also helps with property management and related services--with the same level of individual care and efficiency.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndy seems knowledgeable, however that is not the issue. The issue is with his staunch pushing of 'home warranty' (for appliances) in disregard of actually protecting my buying experience. I would have done better with someone selling houses, not a house cleaning and home warranty for a foreclosure. I disregarded my better judgement and continued with the purchase. This after discussing my unease about the property and its issues, I can say now the false reassurance he gave me was the worst part of it. This was billed as 'a little encouragement' according to his 'experience'.
