Andy Kogan was a nightmare to work with ... even trying to get him to show me homes in her absence was like pulling teeth and his demeanor via emails was not only unprofessional but he was plain rude! I guess it's not worth his time to be polite and courteous to buyers who's budget is not more than $500K. Unpleasant experience aEUR" beware of phony real estate agents who don't care about the client aEUR"A they out to make money & don't give a damn about being kind.

ZillowVERIFIEDandy was very good and knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of putting home on market and what it would take to sell. he is in constant contact when needed. after a few upgrades we did to our home as recommended by andy, we were able to sell our home in less the 60 days. we would highly recommend him.
