Taking the time, such as i am here to write a letter of recommendation speaks volumes to the services provided by Andy Boyd, of the Boyd Team. Selling a home is either complicated or simple, but that definition is based on the services provided by the Realtor. I had chosen another agent from a different agency, needless to say it was not delivering on the primary goal of delivering a great customer experience. After twelve months of suffering thru a lack of customer service or any real attention to detail i selected Andy and his team to sell my home. Within six weeks of signing the listing agreement Andy had found a well qualified buyer and the house was sold. The design team that staged the home were spot on with their choices. I would highly recommend Andy and his team as they are true real estate professionals.

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Andy based on all the great reviews he had on Facebook. I can honestly say he was an immense help for a first-time home buyer. I was totally unaware of everything involved with the home-buying process. Andy and his team were very easy to communicate with and immediately walked me through everything involved. Eventually, my job took me across the river to Illinois, which changed the area I was looking to buy in. Although Andy and his team were unable to help me purchase a home in Illinois (they weren't licensed to sell there), he recommended another agent to me without showing an ounce of bitterness. The Boyd team conducted themselves with the utmost professional and their foremost concern was finding me a home that fit my exact needs and price range. Andy even checked in with me several times a week to ask how the house search was going after switching to the Illinois realtor he recommended. The agent he recommended was absolutely amazing and ended up showing me the house I eventually purchased. ZillowVERIFIED Would NOT recommend for you to choose him as your agent ! A year ago i was just scrolling on Facebook and a listing for a home popped up I commented to see how much the house was going for. Andy then private message me and responded with the amount and continue to ask me questions about my house search I told him that I was not ready to buy yet but by this time next year with my taxes I will be and I will keep him in mind. He kept in touch with me on his own terms throughout the year and when tax time came he again hit me up and asked if I was ready to look for some houses, very persistent at the time. When I decided to take him on he did not seem interested in the homes I was finding , didn't seem interested in even wanting to show them ! I had 3 i wanted to put offers in on and he refused saying he didn't believe they were going to take my offer ! On the 3rd time around he then explained that he didn't want to take the couple hours it would have taken to write the paper work up on it because he again, didn't believe they were going to take my offer . I feel he wanted my business at first and then got lazy when he did get it ! Missed out on 3 good ones !!
