Chad helped us buy a condo for my daughter who will be going to School of Mines in Golden. He really knows the area and had lots of good contacts for me to contact as well beyond just buying a house. He also has a son at Mines as well so not only did he help buy us a house under market value, he gave me lots of personal advice as well for a future student.
