As first time home-buyers during a pandemic in an extremely competitive beach-side market, Andy was a life-saver. The amount of knowledge Andy possesses, in both local and real estate in general, is second to none. Our search lasted almost two years and we looked at everything from single family homes to condos. Andy was always available to answer our questions or show us a property, usually within minutes.
