I worked with Andy on two different transactions in 2013. The first ones was selling my parents home and relocating them to town. It was a great experience and he was very professional with the details and resolving a few situations prior to closing. The second sell was a former office and factory for our business. Andy found a buyer, negotiated the sale, and closed the deal in one week! This should be a great improvement for our city as the new owners are renavating and moving their office there.Thanks and excellent job Andy!
