Andy Verleger and his associates at Westbound Realty in Golden are true professional who you will want to trust with your real estate needs, whether you are buying or selling. I know, because I used Andy 8 years ago when I purchased a townhouse in Lakewood, CO and then I looked him up again this year when it was time to sell. He gave outstanding service with great attention to detail on both occasions. I will add that I was probably a "low end" customer compared to most residential sales prices, but Andy spent enormous time with me both times and gave high-touch, hands-on assistance that made the process easier for me. This was especially important as a long-distance customer from out-of state. On the Buying side, he spent over an hour on the phone with me before we ever met, explaining the local market and even helping me to narrow the geographical area of my purchase. Even in between the purchase and the sale, I called him on more than one occasion regarding resale values for minor renovations and the possibility of professional management for rentals. On every occasion that I contacted him, he was available and responsive and always gave excellent advice. On the Selling side, he and his awesome assistants handled every detail while I was over 1,000 miles away, even contacting local persons he knew that would haul off trash and another to do last-minute painting -- all at a reasonable price. If I were doing this again -- on either the Buying or the Selling side -- I would not do it without Andy Verleger and team.

Ben was crucial in the success of selling our home in Denver Colorado. My family and I decided to relocate across the country after raising our children in this Denver home. The stress and uncertainty involved with moving across the country was often incredibly overwhelming, and Ben was calm and patient throughout the entire time. The process we endured to put the house in the market, accommodate showings, and finally negotiate the final contract was excruciating!!! We started working with Andy when we were still living out of state, and Andys team made it very easy for us to view homes remotely. Andy's team consisting of Andy, Adam, Ben and Julie are Amazing from start to finish! My wife and I purchased a home with, and for, our daughter in Golden near the School of Mines, all while living in Oregon. We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market. It takes deep market knowledge and years of learned skills to execute at that level. I truly don't believe we would have had the success that we did without the Verleger Group. They certainly know Golden and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend them, and we can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and dedication to Excellence in the Real Estate field. My daughter will be moving on from Mines in 4 more years, this group is who I'll be calling to sell!
