My wife and I purchased a home with, and for, our daughter in Golden near the School of Mines, all while living in Oregon. We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market. It takes deep market knowledge and years of learned skills to execute at that level. I truly don't believe we would have had the success that we did without the Verleger Group. They certainly know Golden and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend them, and we can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and dedication to Excellence in the Real Estate field.
