ZillowVERIFIEDAndy Verleger and his associates at Westbound Realty in Golden are true professional who you will want to trust with your real estate needs, whether you are buying or selling. I know, because I used Andy 8 years ago when I purchased a townhouse in Lakewood, CO and then I looked him up again this year when it was time to sell. He gave outstanding service with great attention to detail on both occasions. I will add that I was probably a "low end" customer compared to most residential sales prices, but Andy spent enormous time with me both times and gave high-touch, hands-on assistance that made the process easier for me. This was especially important as a long-distance customer from out-of state. On the Buying side, he spent over an hour on the phone with me before we ever met, explaining the local market and even helping me to narrow the geographical area of my purchase. Even in between the purchase and the sale, I called him on more than one occasion regarding resale values for minor renovations and the possibility of professional management for rentals. On every occasion that I contacted him, he was available and responsive and always gave excellent advice. On the Selling side, he and his awesome assistants handled every detail while I was over 1,000 miles away, even contacting local persons he knew that would haul off trash and another to do last-minute painting -- all at a reasonable price. If I were doing this again -- on either the Buying or the Selling side -- I would not do it without Andy Verleger and team.
