ZillowVERIFIED Andrew helped make my first home buying experience so smooth and guided me throughout the whole process. He was very patient with all of my questions and always made me feel like I was his priority/only client even though I know he was very busy. He also was very accommodating with my busy schedule since I was mostly only free for tours on weekends. I would definitely recommend him and Minnesota My Home to all of my friends and will not hesitate to use him again in the future! Thanks Andrew for a great experience, even in this crazy market!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew was absolutely amazing. Didnt try to sell us on a house we didnt want, very honest with what he thought and any issues that may have come up, and extremely responsive to any and all questions we had. Working with him has been a great stress relief as he would call us, or ask us to call him whenever we were free, just to discuss thoughts or concerns regarding next steps. We fully endorse Andrew for any of your house hunting or selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew helped me find a home in South Minneapolis at a time when every house in the market was receiving multiple offers above asking. He remained patient and responsive, making sure that I eventually landed a great home but didn?t pay more than it was worth. Andrew was awesome to work with? fun personality, knowledgeable, and clearly excellent at his job and very hard working. I felt like I was in good hands from the start of the search to close. 10/10 would use him again.

He did a fantastic job handling all the details and the marketing of the sale by Tiffany Beitler was phenomenal. ZillowVERIFIED Our first time home buying experience started very similar to Seras review... We had also started our home search via Zillow. A few days later we were connected with Andrew. He asked questions, gave us a great deal of initial insight on how to purchase a home if and when we were serious about buying. The first house we looked at with Andrew (during COVID) was nothing but relaxed and safe. He showed us the house and we had felt like we had been friends for years. Fast forward to 30+ showings later we have a beautiful place! Andrew made the process both simple and enjoyable. He never made us feel pressured and always made sure the offers we made were in our best interests. We loved working with Andrew and his family! 11/10 looking forward to our next real estate endeavor :)

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew is truly the best realtor I could have ever asked for. He matched to my case when I requested a home tour on Zillow. After having met a few realtors through this process that I was not impressed with at all, Andrew blew me away. He did incredibly extensive research on all of the properties I was interested in, and answered every question I had about the home buying process. He even took hours out of his schedule to walk me through every step in the first-time homebuyer process and provided me with a binder full of information to reference throughout. My purchase wasnt a smooth process, but here was there every step of the way (even when he should have been on vacation!) and truly went above and beyond to make my first home a reality. Hes two realtors in one - catching mistakes from the sellers side that could have derailed the purchase. I cant recommend him highly enough! From the first meeting to followup emails and check-ins after closing, hes the best realtor for the job. Thank you, Andrew!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew was easy to talk to from the get go. He worked night and day ensuring he understood what I was looking for passing along homes regularly and was able to get into listings quickly. ZillowVERIFIED Andrew helped us find and purchase our new home, and I cant recommend him enough. Weve had mixed experiences with realtors in the past, and really only engaged with them out of necessity. Andrew showed us how valuable a realtor can be. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process, and we would gladly work with him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Not sure how we were matched up with Andrew, but it was probably the best thing that could have happened. As first time home buyers, we didn?t know much about the process at all. He simplified everything so we could understand every document, without leaving out key details. Anytime we had a question, we had a complete response within moments after hitting send. It is obvious that Andrew loves his profession, and is pretty dang good at it. It makes for a wonderful experience, and I would recommend him to help you along the way in any situation. Whether you?re looking to buy a million dollar home on Lake Minnetonka, or buying your first home, Andrew will do things with the highest quality and efficiency that you require. Really enjoyed working with him! We are excited to have a home, but sad that we won?t continue hearing from Andrew.
