I can highly recommend Andrew Smith. He is knowledgeable, experienced but, most of all, honest and trustworthy. We had a unique situation that we were looking for homes for our son who was relocating back to the states from S. Korea. We lived 3 hours north & could always travel for open houses. Andrew was willing to do virtual tours or accommodate his schedule to meet us when we could be in Bethlehem. He will work with your best interests to match a buyer to the perfect house that meets their criteria. Andrew is also great company and will make the home search comfortable, interesting and enjoyable. In the end, I'd like to think we became friends.

We used Andy Smith for the sale of our house and also the purchase of our new home. He is by far the best realtor we have used.
