Friends and family have also remarked that they wished they had a realtor like him on their side when they were buying or selling. Andrew helped me buy a condo, and a couple years later once my family plans changed, he helped me buy a house. He also helped me sell the original condo. He helped me become a new homeowner back with the condo, and he was very understanding and patient when I had questions. His time in the field has given him expertise and a solid network of professionals, from lenders to repairs and more. Even when I was just looking to purchase a place, he was able to narrow down homes that met my criteria. Andrew is a straight shooter and will tell you honestly if a home looks like it's not worth getting; he can also tell you if a place IS worth getting. His knowledge of the New Orleans metro area is truly exceptional. If you don't know a neighborhood well, he probably does and can ask you the right questions to see if it's a good fit for both you and the neighborhood. It's not just luck that got me in places with cool spots and nice neighbors: Andrew knows what he's talking about. He was also very timely in setting up appointments to look at homes when I was looking for the right fit. With my new home, he's been able to guide me through the process of how the New Home Warranty act works in this state, along with how to manage that. For both purchases, he was able to get me a better price. I'm grateful to know that he's very responsive and knows when to act for things like warranties and the like. When selling my condo, he was able to get me more than I was expecting, even during a tough market. This was the first time I sold a place as well, so having Andrew at bat put me at ease. However, if he didn't know the answer, he'd let me know, go get the answer, and share it with me later. We located a condo within two weeks, and was under contract within another couple weeks. Closed with no hiccups, and had it rented in less than a month after closing, at a rate that was profitable to me, and higher than the average rental rate, because the property he found was very well done, and thoughtfully designed.

It was amazing how Andrew took care of the situation even though his obligation was over. We kept up over the years and naturally I engaged his services when I decided to sell the house in 2023. After viewing the house he did due diligence to establish listing price, showed the house numerous times and got a contract. I live out of town so Andrew hired the parties needed to make some repairs prior to close. He thinks about things like location, the likelihood of reselling if needed, the value of the place in relation to the amount of work that needs to be done...absolutely everything I never would have thought of, because I'm new at this. He helped me both online and in-person when I moved to New Orleans proper and was still looking for a place. In both instances he was fantastic! Responsiveness: Andrew has always gotten back to me within a few hours' of a message and would let me know if things were busy. Negotiation skills: He was able to negotiate the price down for my place so I'm going to go ahead and say that was straight up awesome. Other: Andrew seems to literally know everyone in the business, from lenders to people to help improve the value of your property. This is fantastic for a new homeowner like myself -- otherwise I'd be floundering, trying to find the info with a Google search. The lender I used in the end was a local lender who was also fantastic (highly recommend). Plus, I got a beautiful artist rendition of the place as well as the prettiest change of address cards with the artist's work on it. It's overwhelming in all the best ways.
