    Andrew was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. He understood/advocated for my needs and expertly guided me through a process that can be lengthy and full of unintended consequences. He truly knows the local real estate market where every neighborhood has a different market dynamic. He works well with other professionals in the city which was crucial both in the negotiation process, especially when dealing with (national) lenders as well as in finding local expertise (inspectors, craftsmen, insurance) to help with the inevitable roadblocks along the way.     Andrew Sheppard and Aaron Dare at Crane Realty are simply the best Ive ever encountered. My wife and I both sold our existing home and bought another with Aaron and Andrew and these two guys, plus the office team (looking at you, Mary!) were absolutely great every step of the way. Any real estate purchase or sale has hiccups along the way (non caused by the team at Crane), and the team handled everything in a professional, reassuring way. with great expertise. We couldnt have been more pleased with Andrew, Aaron and the rest of the team at Crane. As if that wasnt enough, the other day Andrew showed up with a beautiful framed watercolor of our new home! Amazing! Again, these folks are the best!!
