Andrew is an awesome realtor. We recently purchased a home with Andrew's help and every single time we viewed a home we felt extremely confident knowing that Andrew's experience, knowledge, and professionalism would help guide us in the right direction. We were quite picky in evaluating what homes we were interested in and at no point did we feel any pressure whatsoever from Andrew. He knows the Seattle and surrounding area extremely well and could point out things in homes we never would have considered without his knowledge. I highly recommend Andrew without the slightest reservation. As a professional (and a service provider) myself, I know first-hand what it is like to work day in and day out to look out for clients' interest and meet and exceed their expectations. For the sale of my home, Andrew was my listing agent and he went out of his way to get issues resolved quickly to ensure a success close. In hindsight, the issues I had faced were those of a principal (me as seller) and no agent needed to get his/her hands dirty. But Andrew did otherwise and we worked as a team to resolve them. In terms of his character/disposition, I don't mean to pass judgment but I have to say Andrew was dedicated, persistent and committed through the entire sale process. He is first class and there are qualities about him, which I found to be exceptional (e.g., very humble, detail oriented). During the entire journey we had together (I was out of the country), we've communicated extensively through e-mail (I count over a hundred of them over several months) and international phone calls (many of which involved me cold calling him during his earning morning or late night, Seattle time, due to time zone difference). He was always prompt and responsive. I don't write online reviews but I had to write this one because of all the great things Andrew did for me.

I have been lucky enough to work with Andrew twice now - once in the Fall of 2020 when he helped me find a home for my mom to purchase in Edmonds when she was moving to the area, and most recently, when my wife and I bought our first home this Spring. Andrew is very thoughtful, patient, responsive, and so knowledgeable, and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with on both occasions. He always goes the extra mile. We worked with Andrew in 2014 to buy our home in Edmonds, so we reached out to him when we decided to sell it in 2021 since he did a great job for us buyers back then.Andrew did a great job selling our home in 2021. He helped us prioritize the important things to get fixed, found an exterior painting contractor (which was a huge challenge due to all of them being so busy). He also was good at setting our expectations on price and how long it would take to sell. He was always responsive and went "above and beyond" to help with the final cleaning just before closing, and getting rid of some overlooked items in the fridge and furniture the buyers did not want.
