ZillowVERIFIEDI rarely give someone 5 stars, let alone 5 stars in every category but Andy was the best realtor I have ever had and I have bought and sold 7 homes. He was very well prepared but he also listened to my suggestions.Together we decided on a list price I was very happy with a strategy. I spent time removing my clutter and staging my property nicely but he still had a few good pointers to improve it even more. Andy had a professional take beautiful pictures of the condo and he did a great job describing the condo's best features. Although Andy was the seller's realtor, he went to all the showings which I believed helped as he was very familiar with the building's attributes and the working of things like the automatic blinds.Andy was very responsive to all my questions along the way and he was very helpful in reviewing docs. With the help of Andy's coaching during negotiations, my property sold within 2 weeks for 99% of list price! I would highly recommend Andy to anyone thinking of selling (or buying) a home.
