You could own the most beautiful property in the world, but if the price is incorrect, no potential buyers will show interest. Much like new cars, homes are price-sensitive commodities. If the exact same brand-new car is priced at $20,000 at one dealership and $30,000 at another, the lower-priced vehicle will attract all the attention and sales.
