Had to sell my father's house since he moved to an Assisted Living Facility. Listed it in late October 2025 and everything was done by early December 2025.A Wanted a realtor who would be responsive and understood the market. I chose Andrew Monaghan from a strong recommendation from a friend of mine. Andrew did a very nice job for us. He had two solid offers very close to the listing price within 3 days of listing the property. He was a good negotiator and kept all parties "on the line" so that we didn't lose any of them during the entire sales and escrow process. It was definitely a balancing act, and required him to have good, trusting professional relationships with the other agents. Would advise any potential buyer or seller to use someone like Andrew who will follow through in a professional manner.
