ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to purchase an apartment in the Merchantville area and was fortunate enough to come upon Andrew as my agent. After providing him with some of the criteria I had in mind, which he skilfully helped to hone, Andrew came back with a number of possibilities, including the condo which I now own. Currently abroad and not able to be present on the ground for any of this process made it rather complicated. And the process was not without a number of surprise entanglements, including (but not limited to) a mysterious plumbing leak appearing on the day before settlement that flooded the apartment causing significant damage. Luckily for me, Andrew discovered the damage on his final walkthrough and was immediately on top of the situation. Settlement temporarily postponed, multiple negotiations with the sellers, agents, title company, arranging for and monitoring repairs, and basically coordinating everything, Andrew proved to be the ultimate problem solver. Always thoughtful and analytical, and always with my best interests in mind. I could not more highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy/sell real estate in the area. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, conscientious and professional.
