ZillowVERIFIED Andy worked with my wife and I for almost 2 years. He showed us a lot of houses and helped us immensely when we finally found the house that fit our family. He went above and beyond during the buying process. I'm talking going with me into the woods behind the house to help me find the well in thick woods type of help. He was patient and really helped my family end up with our forever home.... I'd recommend him on that alone, but he helped us sell our old house, as well. With his assistance, we were able to figure out what needed to be done to get it into perfect shape to quickly sell. :) 10/10 I'd recommend Andy in a heartbeat

ZillowVERIFIED Last year, when my husband and I got married, we used Andy to sell each of our houses and then to buy a house. Andy knows everything about the area where we were buying and selling, but more impressive was how he was always available for us. With three back-to-back real estate deals, we needed a lot of his time, and he was available to us every day, for every step of the way. we relied on him for advice on everything, including who to use for our inspections and for work that needed to be done prior to settlements. We even got our mortgage through a lender that he recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED It's impossible to say enough good things about Andy. He's been working in the Havertown market for long enough that he's knows it like the back of his hand. He helped me buy my first home in Havertown and then sell it 13 years later at the price I wanted. He then helped me purchase another home in Paoli that I'm absolutely thrilled with. He is incredibly helpful, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and never thinks twice of going above and beyond to help clients. I wouldn't buy or sell a home in this area with anyone else. Andy is not "the realtor" he's "Andy" the friend you call when you're buying or selling. I'd give him 10 stars if possible.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2006, I was in the market for a house to call my home. I reached out to zillows to help in walking me through, being that this was new for me. They responded back with a loan manager contacting me to get me pre-approved. Once pre-approved I was referred to Andy Mariano who reached out to me for introduction. We talk about what I was looking for and a list was developed. In the coming weeks we scheduled visitation to multiple listing to get a feel of likes, dislikes, and deal breakers. We finally found a listing that I favored and an offer was made to the seller. With his expertise, we were also able to negotiate the original offer down to a much better offer, which was accepted. Ultimately, we settled and I am pleased to be in my new home.
