ZillowVERIFIED We originally found Andrew on a home listing we were looking to purchase. He was able to show us the home same day which is not what we could say from other agents. We decided at the time that we were going to wait on purchasing a home because we did not love every aspect of the homes that were on the market at the time. We let him know we were going to wait a little longer to see what came to market. He was very receptive to that fact and did not pressure us to move forward with buying and selling. About 6 months later I contacted him again and it was like we never skipped a beat he was back on the hunt updating the MLS emails we receive and sending us comps in the area to look at. During this time we were preparing our home for sale. We came up with a plan and advice on changes we should make to make the home sell quickly. We listed the home and within 48 hours we had an offer. The whole sale process was not what we expected but Andrew took care of everything. There were 2 items we had to come to a decision on but everything was clear when it was brought to us for decision. All the inspections were coordinated great and left us plenty of time if we needed to leave. We really just needed to list the house sign a few documents and go to closing.
