What kind of realtor is Andrew Lamb? In a word, INCREDIBLE! Here?s my story? I was looking for a single family home in Vacaville or Fairfield. I located a property myself and ? being from outside the area ? wanted to find an agent to represent me who knew the area well. Based on 5-star reviews Andrew had on Zillow, Yelp, and Google, I phoned him along with one other highly-rated agent in the area. The other agent answered the phone, took my information and promised to call me back. I never heard from him again. Andrew, on the other hand, took my call immediately and spent 30 minutes talking with me (and I later learned he was actually out of town). That was my first experience with just how incredibly responsive Andrew is to phone calls, texts and emails. Andrew effectively, efficiently and diligently managed all of the communication and documentation with the seller, the county and the title company. Since purchasing the property, Andrew has continued to be a fantastic resource to me for service providers in the area. He?s got exactly the qualities you want in a realtor: polite, honest, responsive, detail-oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable. On top of all that, he?s a really good guy. I can?t possibly be more enthusiastic in recommending Andrew as a realtor. He IS really incredible!

My experience with Jack was great. Even though we werent able to buy a house at the moment due to personal reasons. We still had a great time viewing houses with him, he explain better in details about the whole process. He is great a guy to work with, if I decide to buy a house in the future I will definitely use him.
