Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Andrew Kelton from Sharp Agent stood out as the best DFW has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. Plus he was recommended to me from some people that had recently used him for their house.We spoke with Andrew and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Andrew made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Within a very short amount of time we had several showings scheduled and interest in the property. Our house went under contract less than 10 days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Andrew walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.I've recommended Andrew and his team to everyone I know. There was never a time that I need to speak with him that he wasn't available. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Knowledgeable and extremely personal. We met at a showing for another house he was selling and became instant friends. We looked at several properties throughout the process, Andrew always scheduled the time around our schedules and was always at each viewing when we arrived with full details about the property, subdivision and neighborhood. He provided us with both the good and bad without trying to sway us to buy or pass on a property. once we selected a house, his negotiation skills are impeccable. Best price imaginable for our home. Andrew is truly on of the most professional people I've ever met. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking o buy/sell a home. Glad to call him a friend.

Andrew was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with us not knowing the area and not only trying to find the right house but the right neighborhood to live. In the end the house we loved and bought was in a neighborhood we weren't initially interested in but through Andrew's prodding ended up being the perfect one for us.
