ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew helped us immensely with our garage search and subsequent home search. After our first showing he assisted us with setting up a saved search to find homes that met our needs. Throughout the process he made him self available, often on short notice ready with a tape measure, pen/paper, whatever we needed. He was able to offer expert and candid advice throughout the process finding issues with homes that we looked at, point out things we didn't see, and offering expert negotiation skills. Once our offer was accepted, Andrew didn't let up. He kept working tirelessly to ensure timelines were met by all parties allowing us to close on time. He also provided guidance on our short term rent back situation and made sure we fully understood what was happening at every turn, keeping us appraised of the situation. I would highly recommend Andrew and his colleagues and have already referred him to family for their home search.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew is the AWESOME! We moved from another state in the middle of COVID and he went out of his way to make buying our first home a breeze! Very easy to work with and very accommodating. I will reccomend all of my friends and family! Thanks Andrew!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was great to work with. He was always on time to our showings and made us feel that we were the most important clients. He was referred to us by 2 different people and I would highly recommend him to any one of my friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was awesome throughout my entire Condominium selling and home buying experience. I could not have done it without his help. He was available any and every time I needed him. He was essential in all that had to get done in such a short period of time. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He was that great.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew made our home purchasing experience so easy and worry free. He was on top of all the paperwork that needed to be dealt with and knew the Reno area really well. He always had the answers to our questions and knew where to find the right people when he did not. We now enjoy our new home thanks to Andrews help and dedication and will refer him to our friends without hesitations.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew is extremely professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was always very punctual and informative. Again, I would highly recommend Andrew for any real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was fantastic! We talked about what I did and did not want and he sent me several listings that met my criteria. After seeing 4 homes in one day, we put in an offer on one the next day! He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was quick to respond to any questions I had. He made the process incredibly easy and stress free! I highly recommend him!!
ZillowVERIFIEDPurchasing a home is challenging at best. Most realtors are akin to used car salesman. Andrew is an exception. He worked deligently to assist us in finding a home in the area we wanted to reside. He assisted with inspections, identifying financing and other details. He took the time to verify issues that were unclear and did not provide answers without verification.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew is absolutely fantastic! I can't even count how many properties he showed us, looking for the perfect home for us! He was also extremely patient and understanding, we never felt rushed or like he was impatient with how many properties we asked to see. I will definitely use him again and have recommended him to other people looking to buy a home. Thanks Andrew!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was the best. Helped me find exactly what I am looking for. We looked at property for a long day, then this one came up. We went against 5 offers and won. Thank You Andrew
