Andrew was very knowledgeable about the area. He showed me homes that fit my needs and helped with the negotiation process. When a home I liked turned out to be overpriced and the seller wasn't willing to negotiate, Andrew showed me comparable sales and helped me realize that it would be better to walk away and keep looking than significantly overpay. We later found the perfect home for me, and thanks to Andrew's awareness of local market conditions we were able to negotiate an excellent sales price, with both myself and the sellers satisfied with the transaction. Perhaps most importantly, Andrew is an excellent communicator, very responsive to my emails/phone calls, always letting me know what to expect, and generally guiding me through the home buying process very effectively.

I interviewed 3 different real estate agents to help me sell my home during 2008. One refused to sell it saying the market was terrible and encouraged me to rent our home...which I told him was not an option. We were moving out of state. Another was also discouraging. The third, Andrew, was honest, very straight forward about the challenges involved in selling our home. He gave us good tips and priced it fairly during that time. We got an offer in 2 weeks - which was miraculous during that time - at the price we discussed we would most likely get for our home. We had a smooth, quick escrow and we were very pleased with Andrew's services. I highly recommend him.
