When a home I liked turned out to be overpriced and the seller wasn't willing to negotiate, Andrew showed me comparable sales and helped me realize that it would be better to walk away and keep looking than significantly overpay. We later found the perfect home for me, and thanks to Andrew's awareness of local market conditions we were able to negotiate an excellent sales price, with both myself and the sellers satisfied with the transaction. I interviewed 3 different real estate agents to help me sell my home during 2008. One refused to sell it saying the market was terrible and encouraged me to rent our home...which I told him was not an option. We were moving out of state. Another was also discouraging.
