I was a little concerned because i was not expecting things to happen that fast & we had not even started looking for our new home yet. One awesome perk of working with Andrew was that he dropped his trailer off at our house a few weeks before moving day so that we could start loading up. So moving day was super easy!

Andrew was familiar with the areas that we are looking as well as our current community where hes sold many houses. He was professional and easily reachable whenever we had questions or concerns, and he kept us sane by guiding us through the selling process. With his help, we sold our house the same day it was listed! One of the perks of using Andrew was that we got to use his trailer for the move, which saved us from having to rent a moving truck. Lastly, you cant beat a realtor who brings you a keg for house warming!! He is the best, and he is our realtor for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew and his team were flawless in facilitating the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house and after our first meeting we wre much more at ease. During the first meeting with Andrew he explained the process of listing and seeling our house as well as all of the additional resoucres his team could provide as a part of his service. From the moment we chose to work with Andrew the process went at our pace and we felt we were in total control of what took place. For instance, when we felt we were ready for the stager to come in and give further reccomendations we were able to schedule that. When the stager suggested removing a number of items from the house prior to showings Andrew made himself and his trailer available as soon as possible to aid in removing some of our belongings to our storage unit. When we were confident we were ready to show our property Andrew's photographer came to the house and in 15 minutes took stunning photos of the house for our listing. Andrew was always readily available via e-mail and phone, always kept us up to date on any contact he recieved from prospective buyers, as well as checked in at times to make sure we didn't have any questions. After we reveived an offer he was still very active as we went through the needed inspections and settlement process. At no point during this process did my husband or I have concerns that our interests were not the focus point of Andrew's work. Lastly, we feel Andrew went above and beyond as he kept an eye on our house, checking on the property frequently, after we have moved out of state but the settlement/closing had not yet taken place.Overall we have no complaints working with Andrew and his team and would not hesitate to recommend him and his service to others.
