Andrew Hart

My name is Andrew Hart and I am a sales partner for Randy Plaice And Associates. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and knew at a very young age I wanted to service this valley and the areas around it. I played football for five years before going to college. During that time I really learned how teamwork and a non-individualistic attitude accomplished almost impossible feats. I went to college in the Bay Area, a school called Menlo College. There I had some really phenomenal experiences. I got my degree in accounting, I helped start a student run organization called the Menlo College Real Estate Investment Team, and the wildest real estate market in the silicon valley was booming around me. Even though I majored in accounting I realized real estate was my passion and was the way I wanted to build wealth. I got my real estate license while finishing my degree and by the time I graduated I went straight back to Los Angeles to serve my neighbors with their real estate needs. A few months back in the San Fernando Valley I began my career as an agent. Once my first listing sold I saw my seller was ecstatic about the gain on their home and the buyers' excitement, knowing they had found their dream home. After that moment I realized this was a career I am honored to serve. Even though I accomplished great things on my own, I wanted to be in a team environment since I had such great experiences with teams. I began my search for the right team and seeing the testimonials and the professionalism of Randy Plaice & Associates, I decided that was my dream team. Since being on Randy Plaice & Associates I have realized I get to work with my second family. Being able to serve so many more individuals and families with their real estate needs in a family atmosphere is a dream come true. Besides real estate my other passions are raising animals, investing, and running small businesses. I like to bring all my passions together when I work with my clients so they can not only trust me with their most important transaction of their lives, but also to see I have more skills that will help with unusual road blocks in a transaction. I make our clients my extended family, since we are there for all of their real estate needs. A few years down the road when they are ready to buy rentals, buy an upgrade, or even flip an house; Randy Plaice & Associates is there. I look forward to our team helping thousands of families and being the go to team of both the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys.
