ZillowVERIFIEDI had the pleasure of working with Andy Hargreaves and his exceptional staff for the sale of my home, and I am beyond thrilled with the results they delivered. Andy's expertise, coupled with his staff's exceptional support, made the entire selling process a truly outstanding experience. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Andy was his ability to secure a sale price well above the asking price. I was impressed to see that my home fetched a significantly higher value compared to the comparable properties in the local market. Andy's keen understanding of the market dynamics and his strategic approach to pricing and negotiations played a pivotal role in achieving this remarkable outcome. Throughout the entire process, Andy's staff provided exceptional support. They were responsive, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns I had. From coordinating showings to handling paperwork and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved, their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. I felt well taken care of at every step. Andy's negotiation skills were exceptional, as he represented my interests with utmost dedication and finesse. He navigated the negotiations with precision, leveraging his knowledge of the market and his ability to communicate effectively. The result was a deal that exceeded my expectations and left me feeling incredibly satisfied. Working with Andy and his team was a pleasure from start to finish. Their expertise, professionalism, and exceptional service set them apart. I highly recommend Andy Hargreaves and his staff to anyone looking for a realtor who can achieve remarkable results and provide an outstanding real estate experience.

ZillowVERIFIED My two brothers worked with Andy Hargreaves and his team to sell our father's house. Their knowledge of the market (both selling and buying) and the entire process helped all of us accomplish so much. They helped us deal with the small problems/obstacles so everything went smoothly and helped reduced our worries. We would recommend Andy and his team for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott was very patient and helpful in accommodating all of our requirements. He was helpful and knowledgeable discussing mechanics in the home and guiding us into our new home. We would recommend Scott, and The Hargreaves Group, when looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED She was able to find me a house that fit all my specifications. Even in this crazy housing market. Was also able to find off market. Which was nice cause i would not have survived a bidding war.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the 3rd home that Andy has sold for me over the years, and it won't be the last (I like buying, fixing and selling homes every few years). I knew from the first home he listed for me that I had found a realtor for life. (I had previously had several bad experiences with realtors who just put a sign out front and were done.) Andy always provides me with great tips to sell fast for the price I want and delivers a fast sale for the price I wanted (even a few years ago when the market was tough). He also helped me on the purchase end all three times. With this purchase, he helped me prepare the winning offer in a multi-offer situation. I'm glad to have the best realtor in town on my team! Andy Hargreaves is a real estate marketing genius, excellent negotiator, extraordinarily knowledgeable and experienced, and clearly enjoys satisfying his clients! Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately, I first contacted Andy and C-B to list my home three months late in the game, therefore wasting 1/4 of a year. He was the consummate professional and provided current data to indicate a reasonable home value for me. Together we overcame many obstacles encountered as one of Andy's clients, resulting in a positive sale. I would highly recommend Andy Hargreave and his staff to provide you with the confidence to arrive at a positive sale/closure of your home.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our house with Mr. Hargreaves. We had a bad experience with another small town realtor. Mr. Hargreaves and his staff sold our house before the sign went up, we had multiple offers over asking price. They were so knowledgeable about the current market. Their professional expertise was above and beyond. We will recommend them to everyone we know. Scott and Andy go above and beyond to get the job done professionally, and efficiently. They will be out agents for life.

ZillowVERIFIED When I was looking for a realtor to sell my first home a few years ago, during a tough market for sellers, I did my homework and contacted Andy Hargreaves after reading great online reviews about his excellence of service. At our initial meeting to list my first home, he was very professional and gave me some great tips on selling my home in the tough market, at the time. Andy just sold another home for me, and I was, once again, impressed with his professionalism and his valuable home-selling advice. I had multiple showings immediately, and the house was sold before I could blink! I highly recommend Andy Hargreaves to all my friends and family who are ready to enter the housing market. He has sold the homes of a few of my relatives, and they have expressed their gratitude for the recommendation and rave about his job-well-done.
