Andrew Goodman

Goodman Group was started and is led by Andrew Goodman. Prior to becoming a Realtor® in 2004, Andrew was a partner of his family's development company, KGC Development, LLC. He has been able to use his construction background to help his clients have a better understanding of the home they are looking at purchasing and what to expect with home ownership. Andrew began his career with Gallagher & Co. Real Estate, Inc. based out of Bethesda, MD and continued with them for 9.5 successful years until he opened Goodman, Realtors® in 2014. Throughout his career, Andrew has taken on several new construction projects. He has represented and sold several condominium buildings downtown DC, mutli-unit rental apartments, townhome communities, affordable housing communities, etc. Andrew decided to take his business one step further and help not only the savvy investor and developer, but offer his support to first time homebuyers as well as the everyday buyer and seller. In 2023, Andrew decided to merge Goodman, Realtors® with RE/MAX Realty Services and formed the Goodman Group, along with being named COO of the RE/MAX Realty Services franchise. With the tools and support of the RE/MAX brand, Goodman Group can add to their already top-notch customer support and technology to better service their clients. Andrew was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD with a 4 year stint in Pennsylvania while attending The Pennsylvania State University. Andrew is a HUGE Nittany Lion fan, Washington football fan, and Washington Capital fan. Many of his clients know that he works around the clock, but when Andrew is not working, you will most likely find him enjoying his family time (his wife Hillary and 2 daughters, Tessa & Maya), or attending a Caps game. Real Estate is Andrew's passion and his clients truly mean the world to him, which is why his customer service cannot be match and his attention to detail is truly remarkable. Andrew knows and expects all team members of the Goodman Group to give their clients the same, if not more, attention and support than they would want during their own personal real estate transaction. Andrew has built his team around the philosophies that has made him respected among his family, friends, colleagues, and clients and because of that he is proud to put his name on the front door.
