I recently had an unfortunate experience while working with Andrew during the submission of an offer. Despite approaching the transaction with professionalism and respect, Andrew was aggressive, dismissive and rude. As real estate professionals, collaboration and mutual respect are crucial, especially when both parties are working toward a common goal. I feel bad for the home owner he represents. We could have purchased the property in a number of ways but his attitude made it so that the sale will not happen. I hope this feedback encourages Andrew to reflect on his communication style and protects home owners from being misrepresented. Wishing you well.
