From the start he worked with us to make our home ready by giving us a punch list of easy improvements to help it show better. With interest rates rising we knew we were on a tight timeline to list the property and again he was able to connect us with repairmen, carpet installers, painters, and movers. The marketing team at The Lake Wylie Man is phenomenal. The video tour of our house with the overhead drone footage really made our house shine. It was so professional and polished. This combined with the pricing analysis he provided and the marketing provided by his team prior to the first day of listing created a very successful opening weekend with over 20 showings and 4 offers to purchase. This is where the hard work began. He hand walked us through issue after issue with our home sale. Drew helped us transfer our dock permit, connected us with a well water testing company, linked us up with a radon testing company and a termite inspector. When we ran into unforeseen issues with road and well easements he acted on our behalf with neighbors as a mediator to achieve resolution. When another neighbor wished to buy a portion of our land prior to the sale of our property we followed his advice. His team (Mona, Leslie, Ashley, the marketing team) are incredibly supportive and accessible for all requests. Special shout out to Mona for answering so many questions and being willing to meet at all hours of the day, and for her advice on choosing colors with the new house. Drew had stated early in the process that lake property is unique and as such it comes with it's own set of issues. We experienced this first hand with him, and I am confident that we would not have been able to achieve our dream home if we had not worked with his team. Five star rating all the way!
