Andy did a fantastic job when we were searching to buy our first home. He knew the area really well and explained everything we needed to know in depth. Andy truly went above and beyond for my husband and I and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. We were first time home buyers and Andy did an excellent job explaining how the process would work and guided us through every step. His knowledge of Austin neighborhoods was everything you could hope for and he did a great job working with our schedule and lining up efficient itineraries each time we went to look at houses. My favorite thing about Andy is that he wasnt trying to aEURoesell usaEUR? on a house. He spent several weekends helping us find the best home for our family. In addition, his background in home flipping was truly invaluable because he could provide realistic/experience based repair and renovation cost estimates. But what was truly above and beyond was Andys support in the actual purchasing process. We were doing a bunch of traveling around the closing date and he helped us secure a mobile notary, picked up the keys for us, and even checked in on the house for the week we were out of town. Overall, A++ experience!
