ZillowVERIFIED My father and I reached out to Andrew in hopes of finding someone kind, compassionate, and understanding about his property in Hyde Park, MA that he was looking to sell. The home is in MAJOR need to renovations and TLC. Andrew took his time with us-going over options and allowed my father the time to go over his financial's and see what my father could afford to take away from selling the property. There was 20 years of belongings, "treasures," clothes, gadget, and anything else you can think of in the house, basement, and attic. Andrew was patient and KIND throughout the whole process. Although he could have, he never mad us feel like "pack rats, " or "hoarders." It can be overwhelming and scary selling and buying a home. Andrew was the perfect fit for my father-you will be well taken care of, encouraged, and supported along the way. Andrew is quick to get in touch with -and he always seems to have an answer or a way of working things out. There are not enough thank you's for all he has done and we can't recommend him enough!!

He even offered to help our tenant find a new place. He communicated with our tenant about showings and inspections. He kept us in the loop through the whole process.
