ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend working with Andrew when buying a home! Andrew worked very hard to help us find our new home and was very patient with us. He continually checked in with us while house hunting and was very knowledgeable about the properties he was showing us. Andrew was very easy to work with and took all of our wants and needs into consideration while finding houses for us, and maintained contact throughout the entire home buying process. When we had questions about the property or contract, he worked quickly and efficiently to get our answers and negotiated very well on our behalf, making sure to keep us updated on everything we needed. It was so helpful to have someone tell us in plain English what we needed! He did not rush us into buying a house and was always honest about a property to make sure we were getting precisely what we wanted. If necessary, we will definitely be working with him in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew listed and sold a house for us after it had been on the market for quite some time. He was creative and thought outside of the box to sell our house. I think the best thing about working with Andrew is that he is always responsive. Excellent record of answering my questions the same day I called or messaged him.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew was a HUGE help with buying my house. Even though he doesn't live close to my city, he made multiple trips out to show me multiple homes and provided me with informational packets about each one (I have about 10 booklets). He showed me every home I asked to see, even the ones that I wasn't sure about. The home I ended up buying was the first home I looked at (love at first sight and nothing could compare). When we first looked I was stand-offish about it due to the selling realtor, she was difficult to work with to say the least, but Andrew dealt with any and all correspondence with her and made sure this sale went as smoothly as possible! I recommend him to anyone that mentions even the thought of buying a house!
