ZillowVERIFIED Great company, even better Realtor. Have recommended them to many friends and family and will continue to do so. They have the best photos and top notch customer service. Andrew helped us insure we priced our home accordingly. Even when we needed to find a skilled tradesperson after the inspection Andrew was on the phone reaching out helping us find someone who could support us in the timeframe needed.

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on our new home last week, Andrew was amazing to work with. From our first viewing to closing and all in-between he was always available to answer questions, offer honest opinions and was very knowledgeable with all the questions we had. He made buying a home in this crazy time very easy. Thank you Andrew.

ZillowVERIFIED From the very first meeting with Greg and throughout the entire process as we listed and sold our home with Andrew, we had a high sense of confidence that Dallaire Realty was the right decision! Andrew and team helped us to sell our home rapidly and with an excellent price, but more than that they were highly responsive, patient with our many questions, and a joy to work with . Wed highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again when we look to purchase a home. 5 stars without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a home and I had a lot of questions. I was looking for something specific and wasnt sure how to find it. Andrew took the time to understand my desires and then patiently answered all of my questions as they came. He was always available when I needed and made sure I was able to see any house I was interested in. Andrews is also just a really easy person to talk to. He shared his opinion but did not pressure me into anything. I am very happy with my new home and hope to work with Andrew again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Requested details regarding a property, received a single word response with no additional insights, details, etc. very cold communication, and not how I would expect an agent to communicate.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrew was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. We were looking for a good house hack property within our budget. This market has been particularly tough, do to the lack of inventory and most properties had offers well above list price. Thanks to Andrew we were able to jump on a property and get the first showing. He negotiated with the seller to take the offer. By closing he was able to negotiate for the max seller credit that was allowed on our loan and we got the property at only $100 above list. We are both grateful and impressed.
