Bunny was a pleasure to work with! We were first time home buyers, and she made us feel at ease from the start. She explained things in terms we could understand, and was straightforward about the process. It helped us feel relaxed and made the often stressful experience of buying a home a lot more comfortable. She was easy to get ahold of and worked around our schedule to show us homes. We plan to recommend her to others!

Bunny was a true professional. If she had not quickly (within one hour) submitted our offer to purchase a lake home, we would not be enjoying the lake every week due to other offers submitted within 20 minutes after ours. Her experience and knowledge allowed us to move quickly with the offer, and her skills on one reasonable counter offer sealed the deal. SHE WAS OUTSTANDING!

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were new to the process and needed a realtor who could guide us along the process. Bunny was a perfect fit for us as she helped us along every step and was always very attentive to our questions and concerns.
1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get with a local realtor. The company the agent works for doesn't matter, it's the agent them self that matters :-)
They know the local market conditions better than anyone, especially homes coming up for sale that may not be on the market yet!!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I would say the same this as with a buyer, Get with a local realtor. The company the agent works for doesn't matter, it's the agent them self that matters :-)
They know the local market conditions better than anyone and usually have buyers in waiting for homes not yet on market!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All kinds!! Relocation Clients coming from or moving to other states, areas or even countries, along with local in town buyers/sellers. As I said, all kinds!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My seller had her dream home that her and her husband built. He had since passed away and she sadly needed to move on, so I listed the home. Fast forward (not too far!) to closing and I was told how great my communication with her was, how I spoke with her and explained the contracts in terms she could understand, and for the stress I had taken off her shoulders. Having someone so grateful for the job I had done, it was just a priceless moment that reminded me why I do what I do!!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Well, funny story! I was actually going to college, still living with my parents and tending bar at a local restaurant. I was 21 years old at the time when my grandfather approached me and said they were going to develop part of the family farm (which is still in operation today) into a subdivision which would be on one of the larger lakes in our area. He asked if I would consider getting my real estate license to help sell the lots, an opportunity I wouldn't fully realize until many years later. I started my classes immediately, passed and received my license within a few months time and jumped into the business literally knowing nothing of how to actually sell! It was crazy and a huge learning curve. I did not work for another broker, so I had to learn it all on my own, which was so scary! However, I kept moving forward and learning as I went. I eventually got the hang of it- and then was approached to list a relative's home.... I hesitated, but ultimately went for it, and holy moly it was the most fun I had ever had!!! I loved meeting people at the open house, interacting and learning what they wanted and how I could help them. Fast forward some more and I now have over 20 agents working for me between 4 locations covering a very large region and 2 MLS's! I love people. I love bringing buyers and sellers together. I love marketing. I love educating. I love reading contracts! ( I know, crazy right?!)
So, that's me in a nutshell!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Absolutley! I travel across the country over the course of 4 years to complete training courses, earning myself the CRB (certified residential brokerage manager) designation, along with the ABR (accredited buyer representative), SRS (sellers representative specialist), CRS (certified residential specialist), along with being awarded the Excellence in Professionalism from the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin!
