In a recent transaction I was representing the buyer. They were so ready to buy a home they wanted to put an offer on every home we saw. I took the time to sit down and explain to them that I don't just want them to have a home, I want them to have a home they love! I explained the pro's and con's to several homes we toured. Explaining the cost of new siding on one home with an updated interior, and the cost of updating and interior on another that already had new siding. After they understood those key differences they selected an amazing home that will need little to no capital improvements over the next ten years and all they couldn't be happier.
Real Estate is in my blood. I am a 6th Generation Realtor. My father is who introduced me to the family companies at a very young age. I wanted to know everything about it. With that I started by doing maintenance on the properties we managed and grew my knowledge on all things home. I decided to get my Real Estate License and have never looked back. Since then I strive to be more educated than my competition.
My background in construction and maintenance gives us a significant advantage.
