Andrew brought us to neighborhoods that were not even on our list of "must-see's" based on what our likes and dislikes were. He spent A LOT of time talking about what it costs to live in Arizona so that we were more equipped with the information we needed to make a decision whether or not to move. He gets things done quickly and is very patient and personable. We moved here and we are in a community and a home that we absolutely love! Andrew was able to negotiate the price with the seller and we are able to live in paradise affordably. They came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house. They got the estimates and with our approval scheduled all the work. The marketing of our house was top notch and started before all the improvements were completed. The house was not even officially on the market and Andrew was showing the house to prospective buyers. In the first week after all the improvements were completed, and after several interested parties, we sold the house with a full price offer. Anyone, selling or buying a property, would be doing themselves a huge favor to use Andrew and Cristina Altman as their realtor!

We had worked with The Altman Group to purchase our house a few years prior but didn't work with Andrew directly. However, our previous experience with his team was fantastic, and we decided to have him sell our house. As a military family living in another state and moving to another country that same month, we had a lot on our plates already. Andrew and his team helped us prepare our home to go on the market. They coordinated with landscapers, pool technicians, handymen, housekeepers, and vendors to install new appliances coming in and out of our home, and photographers when the house was ready. Shortly after listing the house, we received 10 offers! Andrew guided our decision with his abundant knowledge. A few days after accepting an offer, the unimaginable happened! A pipe burst upstairs, flooding a very large portion of the upstairs and downstairs. We were completely devastated! Again, Andrew and his team completely took this in stride. They fielded calls from insurance agents, the buyers and their agent, contractors, and coordinated new flooring, paint colors, carpeting, and everything else that came with having to deal with a large-scale renovation. I know that many times Andrew dealt with issues himself rather than burden and trouble us further. With The Altman Group's help, we finally sold our home. I can say with complete honesty that we couldn't have done this without their help. They turned a very daunting task into a pleasant experience for us. Christina and Aurel were also incredibly professional, detailed, and helpful in every way. Andy very patiently explained the process which had changed so much since we bought our last house. I was anxious and stressed about all the additional paperwork needed nowadays. He took me one step at a time through the entire thing. Cristina answered questions for me several times as well, decoding all the confusing terms, and demystifying the forms and paperwork.
