We moved here from Minnesota and twice we flew down to Arizona to meet with Andrew to look at neighborhoods and properties. He picked us up at our hotel and spent days running us all over Arizona looking at properties and giving us insight into what it's like to live here. He spent A LOT of time talking about what it costs to live in Arizona so that we were more equipped with the information we needed to make a decision whether or not to move. He gets things done quickly and is very patient and personable. We moved here and we are in a community and a home that we absolutely love! Andrew was able to negotiate the price with the seller and we are able to live in paradise affordably. If I could give Andrew and Cristina Altman a 10 star rating I would!Our house had been on the market a year with no movement. We switched to Andrew and Cristina as our realtors. They came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house. They got the estimates and with our approval scheduled all the work. The marketing of our house was top notch and started before all the improvements were completed. The house was not even officially on the market and Andrew was showing the house to prospective buyers. In the first week after all the improvements were completed, and after several interested parties, we sold the house with a full price offer. Anyone, selling or buying a property, would be doing themselves a huge favor to use Andrew and Cristina Altman as their realtor!
