Andrew is great at looking at houses to buy as he points out some possible issues that I never would have noticed. As my realtor for selling my house, he was the best of the best. He worked diligently to make sure that the process went as smooth as possible and even was able to go to the house I was buying to do the walk through as I was unable to attend it myself. ZillowVERIFIED I remember when I first met Andy Alpern, it was not at an house, a listing or a showing for my parents to buy a home sight unseen... or even working with me just recently to get me preapproved in 5 hours. I met Andy Alpern in 7th grade and I knew then he was bound for success. As a matter of fact I used to be in real estate and the wealth of knowledge he has taught me is invaluable. His grace, patience and honesty is unheard of in this profession. I didnt know if I could afford anything in the district I wanted to be in and yet he put me in touch with every reputable loan officer to work with, to create a plan. I had no idea until Andy gave me faith in myself that I can do and accomplish much more than I spent years renting and window shopping with a dream. Then my dream became a plan with a reality. Andy Alpern changed all of that. He realized as a 45 year old single mom in the legal profession that I didnt have anyone managing my finances or looking at what loans I could afford. Crazy right? He introduced me to so many options which ultimately significantly changed my life going foward and allowed me to dream again. It was phenomenal aEUR" I gave a HUGE laundry list that was essential if I was going to invest in a house. Andy didnt even blink aEUR" he found me dozens of properties or more that fit right into what I wanted and helped me navigate the possibilities. My texts were answered in less than 2 minutes and my calls were always answered. As for helping my parents I can't thank Andy enough. ZillowVERIFIED I had the good fortune to be referred to Andrew Alpern when I was selling my home in 2021. I had previously worked with another realtor to find a suitable home to buy before selling my existing residence. I had however discovered that my needs and interests were not being appropriately met. When I was able to go elsewhere I soon found that Andrew was definitely the one to use. He listened attentively, showed authentic consideration and caring and was always available if there was a need to connect. His advice on how to present the house, the photographs bt a skilled photographer and online copy ensured that the showing on the first weekend would be successful. We received several offers above our asking price and yet Andy continue to see if there might be another offer When the highest cash offer was accepted we thought the closing would be relatively simple and quick. Unfortunately our attorney had an unexpected medical crisis . Instead of accommodating his needs which were not anticipated, the buyers realed completely misrepresented her client. This was revealed by sellers attorney later. However at the time her lack of professionalism created great stress. Andrew was continually patient supportive and honest. His professionalism was in sharp contrast with that of the buyers agent I can say without reservation that Andrew Alpern is one of the best realtors in town. Whether selling or buying, you will find your needs met with an attentive and authentic professionalism

Right from the beginning Andy reached out to me. He made sure I saw houses with in the first 12-24 hours after I contacted him and sometimes even sooner than that. There was a few times I almost settled but then Andy would remind me about how this was a big investment and I should be sure. He never tried to push me into a house just to make a sale. Once I found my house he assisted me with putting in an offer with in 24 hours. He even negotiated for me to get a new roof, and I got it! Andy did not back down to the sellers agent and kept fighting for me all the way to the end. In the end I ended up with a home that had all my wants and in the community I wanted to live in.
