White family with quality home leaving a suburb/neighborhood turning over to largely black homeowners. Andretta is a very capable realtor who helped us navigate the sale. We would recommend her to anyone selling a home in the South suburbs.

ZillowVERIFIED I had my house on the market since April 2019 had 4 contracts and they all fell thru! Andretta truly listened to my frustration, apologized for my experience and made things happen. I signed a contract with her in August and got a buyer in less than 3 days for cash! My previous realtor told me I had to drop to $45k because of the competition but Andretta was able to sell it for $49990! I love her she is best in the business!

ZillowVERIFIED Andretta is very personable, knowledgeable about real estate and the Chicagoland market. It was a great experience....like working with a good friend. I couldn't ask for better representation. Andretta was easily accessible every step of the way and advised me with the utmost of professionalism. She stayed on top of every aspect of the process /transaction. I will consult with Andretta on all my future real estate needs.

I would recommend Andretta Robinson to anyone! She was the hardest working realtor we've ever had! (We've bought and sold 13 houses, so that's saying a lot!) In an area that was not a fast selling subdivision, she sold our house in 7 days, at the price we wanted. She was HONEST! Reliable! Available! Can't say enough about her! Do what she tells you to do, paint, stage, clean, and then pack your house up! She means business!

We had not a clue as to how to sell our home or get a new one. She took over the experience explaining each step. She gave us a feeling of security and got us higher than our asking price. We are happily relocated and she was an integral part in that.

ZillowVERIFIED Andretta assisted me, over the course of ten months, with the sale of a commercial property which was part of an estate I was managing. During this time she dealt, not only with me, a novice to the role of property manager and seller, but with several uncooperative, demanding and manipulative prospective buyers and tenants. She was always highly professional, polite but firm, and communicative with me, other real estate agents, the estate attorney, buyers' attorneys, building inspectors, etc. In spite of whatever obstacles appeared, and there were many, including difficult negotiations, evictions, lockouts, criminal property damage, you name it, she remained positive and encouraging. In the end everyone was well satisfied with the results of her work. I am happy to offer her my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I decided on August 5, 2013 that we were going to start looking for a new home for a change of environment for our children. Not knowing where to turn for a Realtor, we started searching reviews and once we came across Andretta's, we immediately knew that she was the one for us! We contacted Andretta for help on or around August 10, 2013 when we returned form vacation. She immediately replied and took us to see the house of our interest the same day. That house didn't work out, but she went to work sending us DOZENS of homes to consider and taking us to see all of the ones we were interested in. She vowed to make sure she didn't stop until we found the house that we wanted. She lived up to her promise! She found our home and we closed the deal really quickly...within a month! She was speedy; we met on August 10th. She took us to see every home we were interested in. Then we closed on our home September 19, 2013. All of this dedication from her in a 2 month span! Andretta, we will be forever thankful for all of your dedication and hard work. I was really picky with a limited budget (lol!) but you worked with us every step of the way and refused to give up. Thank you!! You're an earth Angel!

ZillowVERIFIED I gave Andretta the highest marks in all these areas. I have already given several people her information and hope they will contact her soon. I was very green in purchasing a home and Andretta's level of knowledge and expertise in the field was able to understand entire process. Her responsiveness was impeccable, anytime I called her she answered immediatley of if I had to leave her a message she return the message in a timely manner. I thought I was getting a great deal with the house when we first saw it but Andrett's negotiation skills allowed me to get more than I would have ever imagined. If it's not clear already, I hold Andretta with highest regards and would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Andretta was awesome to work with! She was very knowledgable about which areas to look in to find what we were looking for. We were in a time crunch to find a home and she fit us into her schedule at the last minute. After weeks of looking without her, we were able to find multiple properties of interest in only a couple of days. She was also very accommodating and flexible. When we changed our minds about our final property selection, she immediately began working on the new deal without making us question our decisions or feel like a burden. She made the best of what could have been a very stressful situation. I'll absolutely be recommending her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Andretta did a great job of walking us through this process and adjusting to our needs from the initial search through closing. We would highly recommend her services especially if this is your first home buying experience. It is rare to find someone whom understands the entire process and stays engaged with you until the end. I enjoyed her honesty with us and her knowledge to help bring all sides together for a positive home buying experience.

She was always there for me, as a first time home buyer, she helped me in my decision making, although I know what I wanted, but with her expertise I was able to get a nice home. I reecommend her for any one who wants to buy, or sale a home. If you are having difficulty getting a mortage, she knows mortage companies that can help when big banks fail.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Andretta for more that 10 years, so when I called her to tell her that I was looking for a home and what my price range was, she selected several homes for me to view. After viewing these homes, she gave me her honest opinion about the area, because I have a small child, and that is important. That is what being a good real estate agents means, caring for your clients. I would recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with this agent was a great one. I do apppreciate down to the closing she really she was worth every penny. I qualified for the Cook County down payment assistance program. The bank that was fianiancing me have never used it before, so they were still making me come up with money from my own pocket. Andretta got on the phone just hours before my closing and got it straited out. She will go to bat for her clients and I can say from my own experience that she is good. She will look out for her clients.
