ZillowVERIFIED Andrena helped me both buy and sell my home. She was transparent from start to finish which made me feel comfortable and excited during crucial buying and selling moments. She made the process feel effortless by providing local contractors to quickly and painlessly prepare the house for both buying and selling.

Andrena was great about getting the place ready to sell. But once the offer was accepted, she became almost unreachable. I begged her to get us together with the buyers so we could give them valuable information, but she never did. She left us completely out of the loop as to what was happening, and she excused her refusal to communicate by saying she was just so busy. I would NEVER recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrena was very patient and gave us time to make decisions without overwhelming us with the sense of urgency. Andrena's remarks helped us understand our tastes and preferences in the styles and several times her suggestions revealed some aspects we did not consider.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed 3 other real estate agents. They were all very well qualified. Andrena's enthusiasm and communicative skills were the best. She was always accessible -- even late at night. She was very patience and explained topics which an occasional home seller would not know.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrena was amazing!! She was very helpful with the purchase of our first home! She did everything she could to help us understand the process and find the perfect one. She did more than just show us houses ...she went Into detail pointing out things in them that could benefit us in the future or things that would need fixed (which for new home buyers it was helpful to have someone who was honest)

ZillowVERIFIED Andrena was awesome! We were first time home buyers and she was very supportive. She found the perfect home for us. I highly recemend her. She always returns calls or emails right away but text messages were the best way to communicate. We tried other people before her and no one was as responsive as she was. She became a friend through the process. We will for sure use her again when we purchase our next home.
