Andrena helped me both buy and sell my home. She was transparent from start to finish which made me feel comfortable and excited during crucial buying and selling moments. She made the process feel effortless by providing local contractors to quickly and painlessly prepare the house for both buying and selling.

Andrena was great about getting the place ready to sell. But once the offer was accepted, she became almost unreachable. I begged her to get us together with the buyers so we could give them valuable information, but she never did. She left us completely out of the loop as to what was happening, and she excused her refusal to communicate by saying she was just so busy. I would NEVER recommend her.
