Andrei was covering for our realtor while she was on vacation. She left very early in our home search, so Andrei really was the one to take us on journey through buying our first home. He was so kind and patient with us, as we asked him a thousand questions throughout the process. He was SO responsive to our messages and requests, and got us in quickly to see homes that had just been listed. We ended up buying our first home with his help, and he guided us through the offer and negotiation process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor! Our home might be listed as a sale under another agent, but I will always consider him as the agent who actually put in the work to get us the home that we dreamed of!

Andrei is a really good realtor. He called back immediately when we showed interest in the property, we couldnt believe how fast we were able to see the condo. His knowledge of the property and neighbourhood was impressive. This being the first home we have bought ,we needed a lot of help navigating the process. If we had a question he had the answers. We needed a home inspection and had no clue how to find a reputable inspector, Andrei recommendation was spot on, the inspector was on time and through. We were emailed the results in a very detailed and easy to understand format. We took all of his recommendations to heart.
