Andrea Viana

Andrea Viana's professionalism and dedication have enabled her to build a strong bond with her customers. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Andrea moved to Miami at the age of 14. She attended Florida International University where she obtained her bachelor's degree in hospitality management and a minor in mass communication. She spent the next seven years working in marketing and advertising, including the creation and management of media campaigns for luxury real estate developments. This experience motivated her to pursue a new career in real estate. With her previous sales experience and fluency in Spanish and English, Andrea sold over $2 million in the first six months of her real estate career.

She is constantly studying the market and preparing herself to provide exceptional real estate service to all of her clients. Establishing trusting relationships and providing impeccable service in all aspects of a business transaction is her priority. She doesn't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of her clients.

Andrea has a passion for helping others, especially people in need. One of her future goals is to create a foundation to promote education for children in Latin America.
