Andrea was raised in Massachusetts and arrived in Stafford Virginia in 2002. She began her real estate career in 2014 after realizing that she could provide better real estate services than what she saw and experienced in the area. Andrea and her team have the ability to focus solely on their unique approach to selling and buying homes - which is to always have the best interests of her clients at heart.

She believes that there is no problem that can't be solved with her seasoned expertise matched with a positive attitude!

Andrea has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation, helping buyers through the home search and purchase process with expert knowledge and experience. Her guidebook and checklists help them through every step - from finding a lender, to home inspection and getting to the closing table on time and on budget!

She is also a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist with extensive knowledge of the Fredericksburg area 55+ communities. She helps active adults find the right home and community to fit their life style. Finding the right space in the right place is what she does best!

Prior to starting her real estate career, she enjoyed a successful administrative career. In all of her positions she excelled at taking care of others and managing the finer details of whatever needed to be accomplished. Taking care of people while crossing the T's and dotting the I's is where she is at her best.

She is the proud Mom to three wonderful adults and Memere to two awesome grandsons.
