ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was exceptional during the process of buying my new home! I came from NJ and did not know my way around, she took the time showing me different homes (and there were many of them)! She knows all about what to look for in resales, i.e. replumbing, assessments, and property values. I can't sing her praises enough! All I can say is that she goes above and beyond for her clients for her clients!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so, so happy with the service we received from Andrea when buying our home in Ft. Myers! We previously lived in Ohio and spent countless hours looking at properties online. She was always there for us whenever we had questions. When Allen finally flew down to look at properties in person, she spent three solid 12-hour days with him, and eventually, they found the perfect location. Buying a property long-distance is a lot more stressful than buying one locally. It seems everyday there were confusing legal documents that required e-signing. While this feature is convenient, it can also be extremely stressful at times. Once again, Andrea was always there to step us through the process and answer all of our questions. She also worked closely with our relator in Ohio to ease that process too. Once we moved, she stopped by to drop of brochures to help us get to know our new community and has invited us join us on several outings with her as well!It so important to find the right relator. Some can be very pushy and only have their own financial gain in mind. Andrea cares about the people she works for and goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a stellar relator, Andrea is your gal! For us, she is much more than a relator....she is our forever friend!

ZillowVERIFIED We came into contact with Andrea about 18 months prior to our move from NJ to Florida and found her to be one of the most kind, helpful and friendly person one would ever want to meet. We made four trips to SW Florida and she was always ready, and willing to help us explore the areas around Punta Gorda, Cape Coral and Fort Myers as we sought our new home. She recommended a great Mortgage Broker as well as a Home Insurance Agent. It all came together seamlessly on April 12th, 2019 when we closed on our home in Deep Creek. John and I are very lucky to have found such a nice person, for she is a great realtor, and as it turned out, a wonderful friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a condo in Fort Meyer I had to sell. A friend recommended Andera Quilter. I contacted her and my property was listed the next day and sold a week later! I live in Michigan and Andera stuck with me and kept a watchful eye on what has gone on with the property. I highly recommend Andera for all of your buying and selling needs. I would not hesitate to call her again!

ZillowVERIFIED I am living out of state, and went down to Cape Coral 2x, to get a feel for the land, and to determine where I want to buy. Andrea is an expert in SWFL, she knows what is a good by, and what is not. Not only is she an expert, but she is very pleasant to spend time with. Would not buy a home without her expertise. She was helpful to me in both 2017 and 2018.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea went (and continues to) beyond the call of duty. As an out of state buyer we could not attend the closing and perform a lot of the things that a person would do in the first week or two of owning a home. Andrea to the rescue--much appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED We had met Andrea at an open house on Pine Island. She took our information and for over a year kept in contact till we were ready to buy. On our first trip to Florida she had shown us over 30 houses in just a few day. She is very patient and considerate to say the least. It had been just before Hurricane Irma and there was already some flooded streets. Not sure if most agents would of done that. The trip was unsuccessful but we did find a home a few moths later that met our wants and needs. She is a very diligent person who met all our demands and expectations and made the purchase of our retirement home just amazing. I cant say enough how happy we are that we ran into her at an open house.

ZillowVERIFIED Moving from Miami to Cape Coral was a big leap of faith. Initially every realtor we had contacted were not interested in showing us homes because we thought we wouldnt buy until March. Luckily Andrea took us by the hand regardless of when we thought we would buy and guess what, after just a week, we found our dream home. We had no knowledge of the south west Florida but from day one, Andrea made sure to bring her knowledge and expertise to the table. She gave us a map and showed us the best routes and best areas to visit. She knew the details on all the properties. She is organized and detailed. She represented us and truly got us the best deal possible! Truly blessed to have had her as our realtor!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Andrea because she advertised in St Katharine Drexel bulletin and pleaged to give 10% of her comission to the church. She was excellent from the first meeting. She held several Open Houses and always relayed comments after a showing. Andrea followed up and kept us informed after our contract was signed and was present at our closing. We feel like we sold our condo and gained a friend. We would highly recommend her.
