ZillowVERIFIED This review has been a long time coming. Buying a house was the scariest thing I've ever done, but with my wedding approaching, my fiancA(C) and I were looking for a forever home. I didn't know what to expect, and I had SO many questions, but Andrea went above and beyond for my fiancA(C) and I. I have never met a kinder, more knowledgeable, more passionate person in my life than Andrea. Whenever my fiance and I were struggling, when we were lost and didn't know what to do next in the process of buying a home, or if we didn't know how to get something done, like with our house insurance, we could shoot Andrea a text or give her a call, and it was fixed like nothing. She always knew what to do or how to fix something. Without her, I'm not sure we would've even been able to buy a house. Her negotiation skills, too, are top-notch. The house was originally priced at 130,000, but by the time of the final sale, we managed to get it for roughly 113,000 because Andrea fought for us to get that price lowered after we realized the house had some issues that would cost us a pretty penny. I'm not even sure how I could ever put into words just how grateful we are to Andrea. I cried on closing day because she really went above and beyond for us, and I'm not sure people will ever find a realtor as kind and amazing as she is. If you're new to buying a home or new to the area, please go with Andrea. I truly felt her passion for getting us a house. Even though she gets paid to do this and we're her clients, her drive to help us made her seem like family. She was genuine, warm, professional, and friendly. I've been in my new home for a little over a month now, and I still feel so absolutely grateful for Andrea's help in getting us here. If I ever decide to sell my home and buy another, I will surely go with Andrea again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so, so much, Andrea.
